1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the m.ph365 online gaming platform, accessible at mph365.vip and its associated mobile-optimized interfaces. By accessing or using any part of the m.ph365 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, participating in games, or claiming bonuses — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

m.ph365 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, you must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on m.ph365. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The m.ph365 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. m.ph365 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on m.ph365. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds and winnings.

2.4 Exclusion from Gambling

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling, or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive, are not eligible to register or maintain an account on m.ph365. If you are aware that you are subject to a self-exclusion order, you must not attempt to register or access the platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on m.ph365, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. m.ph365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify m.ph365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

m.ph365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at m.ph365's discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

m.ph365 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). m.ph365 does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency or credit card.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. m.ph365 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion, with notice provided to affected players where practicable.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. m.ph365 aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within 15 minutes to 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. m.ph365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on m.ph365 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by m.ph365 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

m.ph365 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the terms of that bonus. Players are advised to review their active bonus status before making additional deposits.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on m.ph365 are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems. Game outcomes are determined independently of m.ph365 and cannot be influenced by the platform or its staff.

Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before wagering real money. m.ph365 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, m.ph365 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, wagers placed on that round will be refunded to the player's account. m.ph365's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on m.ph365 and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to m.ph365.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing m.ph365 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the m.ph365 platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

m.ph365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. We encourage all players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling is negatively affecting their lives.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of the time you have spent playing.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the m.ph365 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade names — is the property of m.ph365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the m.ph365 platform without the prior written consent of m.ph365 or the relevant rights holder.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, m.ph365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond m.ph365's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions.

m.ph365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

m.ph365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, m.ph365 may withhold any balance pending investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the m.ph365 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to m.ph365's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

m.ph365 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by m.ph365 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.

13 Amendments

m.ph365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
